To make bringing Latch to your property as simple as possible, we designed the Latch C2 to make ongoing operations easier for every project, whether retrofits or new buildings. The C2’s streamlined, three-piece, modular design simplifies installation and doesn’t require any extra wiring or infrastructure, resulting in lower upfront costs and fewer logistical headaches for both owners and installers.
With the Latch software subscription, the Latch C2 can be used with all the features of the Latch App and Mission Control. Without a subscription, the Latch C2 is a one-way lock without any ability to unlock from the exterior.

Latch R2
A reader for all common areas
The Latch R2 combines a reader, door controller, and management system into one simple product. The device directly connects to any electrified locking mechanism and additionally supports motion detectors and request to exit devices. With its incredibly simple installation process and unified relay/panel, the Latch R2 can be installed anywhere you’d like.
The Latch R2 requires a software subscription in order to be used effectively. With the Latch software subscription, the R2 can be used with all the features of the Latch App and Mission Control. Additionally the R2 can be connected to ethernet or wifi to enable real time syncing of all your access changes, supercharging Latch’s already incredibly easy to manage platform.
Latch Link
A software-first intercom for any budget
The Latch Link blends your digital and physical spaces to create a cohesive full-building intercom system like no other. It has crystal clear audio, and a familiar interface: your smartphone. Simply scan the QR code at any space, launch a virtual intercom in your web browser, select who you’d like to connect with, call and speak with them, and then get a credential to enter instantly. The Latch Link requires no power or internet, and can be used on any door making Latch Link into an intercom, or even a doorbell.
The Latch Link requires a software subscription and a Latch R2 in order to be used effectively. With a subscription, you can remotely manage and update your property’s intercom directory and receive calls anywhere in order to let your guests in.
Latch M
A smart mortise lock for apartment doors
From apartment doors to amenity spaces, the Latch M is designed to be easy to install. Perfect for retrofit and new construction projects alike, the Latch M is a highly secure mortise lock, built to ANSI Grade 1, with a manual deadbolt that can be enabled from the inside or outside with a key. This is the third version of the Latch M and as such it showcases all of Latch’s innovative and simple hardware philosophies in a beautiful and award-winning design.

A smart interconnect lock
The eGenius is a single motion egress ANSI Grade 1 interconnect lock that can easily retrofit into most existing buildings. It brings a unique and differentiated resident experience by providing a convenient and secure entry and exit. As Latch’s interconnect device, the eGenius was designed to be highly secure, and adaptable for any door.
With the Latch software subscription, the eGenius can be used with all the features of the Latch App and Mission Control.
Latch C1
A motorized and keyed deadbolt
Like the Latch C2, the Latch C1 was designed to streamline operations for retrofits and new builds. The Latch C1 is built with an easy to use tap-to-lock feature to secure your door from the outside. The C1 is a limited run product, and can be adapted for multiple deadbolt lengths.
With the Latch software subscription, the Latch C1 includes all the features of the Latch App and Mission Control as well as a built-in camera that captures photos of daily doorcode usage and incorrect doorcodes. Additionally, the automated deadbolt retracts during every unlock.

With a subscription, you can remotely manage and update your properties intercom directory, and receive calls anywhere on earth in order to let your guests in. Additionally, the Latch Intercom enables remote unlock for any Latch R2 paired with it.
Latch Camera
A tightly integrated camera to bring video to your Intercom calls.
An add-on for your Latch Intercom, the Latch Camera can be mounted to ensure direct line of sight for residents to see any visitor or guest while on an intercom call. The Latch Camera also supports most NVRs (network video recorders) so property managers can look at a history of visitors at their leisure.
The Latch Camera requires a software subscription and needs to be paired with a Latch Intercom.
